Jaclyn is a Canadian-based fitness influencer with over 66k followers on her Instagram, where she lists herself as a “Lifestyle Transformation Specialist/RN.” On her Facebook page, she says she hails from Ontario, went to St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Secondary School and studied at the University of Windsor.

Just like ARod, Jaclyn has two daughters, whom she calls Bella and Savanah. “I am currently a single mother with two beautiful girls ages 8 and 9 years old,” she told Status in May 2021. “My life’s goal is to raise strong, independent, kind daughters.”

Five Months After Giving Birth, She Competed As An Athlete

Jaclyn competed in the Canadian Physique Alliance competition just five months after giving birth to her first child, per Oxygen. “I figured there was no better way to get my ‘pre-baby’ body back,” she said. “I decided to compete again and continued on to compete three more times in the natural division as a bikini fitness CPA plant-based athlete.”

She also told Status, “I knew what it took to get into competition-ready shape, so I competed 5 months to the day after giving birth to my first baby and won 2nd place in my local OPA. Then I found out I was pregnant with my second child, just 2 months after competing. I decided to yet again, compete 5 months after having my second daughter. I placed 4th in the Bikini category.”

Jaclyn believes a diet that is plant-based is the best way to go for overall health. “My diet consists of a plant-based, I transitioned from animal-based to plant-based about 6 years ago,” she told Status in 2021. “I cannot express enough the benefits for my body both physically and the overall mental clarity and function.
