A TRENDSETTER has vented her frustration after being left disappointed by her latest House of CB order.

She decided to buy a stylish navy dress from the women’s fashion retailer after seeing others rave about the brand.

Minneapolis-based TikToker Anna (@bananabingsuu) usually shares self-care routines with her followers.

However, a rant about the quality of dresses from House of CB has become her most-watched video.

She had high expectations when she ordered the brand’s Carmen bustier midi dress in the color navy for $225.

It comes in cup sizes A-E in a variety of colors including red, tangerine, and baby pink.

The dress is described as being made from “stretch cotton in a gorgeous navy hue and has a corseted bodice to cinch the fit with a beautiful lace up back.”

It is suitable to wear to romantic date nights, bottomless brunch, and parties.

Anna showed the entire process of unboxing the dress in a size L+ for her “honest” review in a video.

She admitted that the “crumpled” enclosed paperwork made her feel like it had been used or returned by another customer.

She showed the fastening on the back of the dress, saying: “The hook and eye did not line up at all.”

Her disappointment continued after she put on the fashionable dress and noticed an issue that would make wearing it unpractical.

“The straps are not adjustable so they constantly keep falling,” the text read.

“I wanted to love this dress because it’s gorgeous but for $230, I don’t think it’s worth it.”

Anna gave the dress a 6.5 out of 10-star rating as she posed in it from different angles.

“Sadly I feel like the quality of their items has gone down with time, I had really high expectations for this dress,” she captioned the post.

Almost 48,000 people watched the video and it racked up hundreds of likes from people who were grateful for her review.

Many commenters admitted they had similar problems when shopping with the brand and suggested that she try to find a dress elsewhere.

“@HouseofCBofficial the quality is unacceptable for that price point. This person gave it a 6.5/10 but that’s too generous in my opinion, do better,” one person wrote.

“I’m definitely planning on returning it, no point in keeping a dress that I’d have to tailor myself at that price point,” Anna replied.

“For $230? You would expect the highest quality treatment and care wtf [what the f**k] is this!!” another said.

“Right? I don’t know how they can confidently get away with cutting corners for a well-known luxury brand,” Anna responded.

“It’s so beautiful though, I wish they did better [crying],” a third added.
