RAVEN Gates and Adam Gottschalk have announced their first pregnancy, just four months after their wedding.
The couple said "I do" on April 16th, after meeting on Bachelor in Paradise in 2017.
Raven, 30, and Adam, 31, shared their exciting news to Instagram on Sunday.
In a series of sweet baby announcement photos, the couple hugged, laughed, and smiled while showing off their ultrasound images to the camera.
The two smooched while holding onto their dog in one shot, and Adam jumped for joy in the background of another.
Raven captioned her post: "OVER THE MOON EXCITED TO SHARE THE NEWS! Our Honeymoon baby will be here in January!
"I’ve loved you before you were in my womb!" she gushed.
'CREATING A FAMILY'
The reality star, who's expecting her tiny tot in January of 2022, spoke to People about her "exciting" new addition.
"It's so exciting. We found out right after the wedding. I've wanted to be a mom for a long time.
"And I always imagined creating a family with someone I love so much. And expanding my love with Adam into a human, I can't even imagine!"
Although Raven has yet to suffer from morning sickness, she has found herself developing "some food aversions."
"And the lack of energy is probably what I've struggled with the most. It's tough," she confessed.
Adam added his own feelings on the baby-to-be, telling the outlet: "It's all great and I'm excited, but I'm also glad the baby doesn't come right away.
"I have nine months to get ready!" he laughed.
PLAYING IT SAFE
Although the TV personalities have yet to find out the sex of their child, they did reveal that they would be using genetic testing before the birth.
"Adam and I both agreed that we wanted to do genetic testing. We wanted to have as much knowledge as possible about issues that may come up or diseases we may be carrying," Raven explained.
"It's really important. And it was super easy."
REALITY LOVE
The brunette beauty got her claim to fame when she came in second place on season 21 of The Bachelor.
Adam got his start with the franchise as a contestant in season 13 of The Bachelorette.
The pair met and fell in love when they were both cast in season four of Bachelor in Paradise.
Although their baby announcement has brought the couple lots of joy, they didn't have as peaceful of an experience with wedding planning.
PANDEMIC PROBLEMS
Due to the pandemic, the process was seriously interrupted, and they were forced to reschedule several times.
“I’ve replanned the wedding three times now,” Raven told Us Weekly in August 2020.
“I told Adam by December of this year if there is no end in sight, we’re just going to elope and get married by ourselves. In our house.
